So happy right now.
Those that know me well know that I am extremely obsessed with The Hunger Games. I bought the trilogy set in December and started reading the first novel and I loved it. I read the second novel last week within two days, which involved reading from 1pm - 10pm non stop on the first day. I am finally on the third novel in the set, ‘Mockingjay’, which I started reading yesterday…until I found a huge misprint and couldn’t carry on. Basically it was all fine at the beginning until I got to page 59 which started with an extract from the first novel and I scanned through the rest of the book and found that it was a repeat of the first book so I got really angry and ended up calling the publishers. They sent me a new book within a day as well as another book called ‘Blood Red Road’ which on the cover MTV have stated that “It will satisfy the cravings of Hunger Games fans” so it is definitely for me.
Such a geeky post..but just thought I should share my current unhealthy obsession with everyone (well whoever is reading this). Also, the movie is coming out in 21 days and I AM SO EXCITED. I have fallen in love with Peeta and can’t wait to see Josh Hutcherson (such a cutie - google him) embody the character on screen.
For those that haven’t read the books, go and buy the set asap before the movie comes out!! IT’S THE BEST.
Just read up to page 120..another 334 pages to go.
